The Board Members of Qatar Association of Athletic Federation held its first meeting under the presidency of His Excellency Mr. Dahlan Jumman Al-Hamad the president of Federation with the attendence of Mr. Khalid Abdulla Al-Meer the Vice President and the following Board Members :-

Performance Amelioration of Organization of
West Asian Games – Doha 2005

His Excellency Mr. Dahlan Jumman Al-Hamad President of Qatar Athletic Federation openning the meeting and requested the Board Members to follow and undertake the instructions of Qatar National Olympic Committe) QNOC), and the Rules and Regulations of Atletic Sports during the orgonizatiion of West Asdian Games in Doha

After that Mr. Abdulla Ahmed Al-zaini the Secretary General of (QAAF)
Gave short brief of the Secretary Generals Meeting with Technical Affairs Administration in QNOC regarding the orgonization and prepartions of West Asian games, the meeting discussed the transportation and full accommodations of participating missions in the Games

The meeting appointed the Directors of Athletic Sports and their job description during the Games
