QAAF secretary general and head of Qatar Athletics Super Grand Prix financial and marketing committee, Mr. Abdullah Al Zaini, expressed to media staffs that all financial and marketing matters related to the Qatar Super Grand Prix-2008 are fully ready. Also, he stressed that the official competitions of the grand prix will start at ( 5:50 pm) in the Suhaim Bin Jassim stadium racetrack of Qatar Sports Club on Friday, 9/5/2008. He added that Qatar’s organizational experience entitles us to host world championships successfully.
Mr. Al-Zaini invited all fans, spectatos, and media specialits to attend the events of this international sporting landmark. He explained that there were many gifts and draws allocated to spectstors to encourage theirattendance, while access will be free of charge. Finally, QAAF secretary general expressed that such event provides an excellent chance to QAAF in its preparations to host the IAAF 2010 indoor championships.
